Audi RS6 Performance VS Seat Leon Cupra – Acceleration
|In this video you will watch an Audi RS6 Perfomance VS Seat Leon Cupra Acceleration.
2018 Audi RS6 Avant performance
The Audi RS 6 Avant performance: built for drivers who want more. More power. More dynamics. More exclusivity. More adrenaline. Even more agile thanks to the reduced power-to-weight ratio. Even more powerful thanks to the overboost function. Even more control with Audi drive select. The vehicle’s character changes at a push of a button. And so does the performance. Deeply impressive values. With hardly any room for improvement.
Powerhouse: the twin-turbocharged 4.0 litre V8 FSI engine with 445 kW and maximum torque of up to 750 Nm with overboost guarantees truly staggering performance. The figures agree: 0 to 100 km/h in only 3.7 seconds. Top speed of up to 305 km/h on request. Efficient too: with Audi cylinder on demand and start-stop system, fuel consumption and emissions are dramatically reduced. The 8-speed tiptronic transmission delivers rapid gear changes at optimum shift points, for an incredibly responsive and efficient driving experience.
The muscular lines of the Audi RS 6 Avant performance draw back from the distinctive Audi Singleframe with honeycomb structure, signalling superiority. Characteristic signs for experts: the details in matt titanium look. Such as the air inlet duct with quattro logo, offset by the 21-inch aluminium wheels in the same finish. The Ascari blue, metallic paint finish emphasises the performance statement. Even when stationary. And most certainly while driving.
An aesthetic of pure sportiness: the interior. The RS sport seats in Valcona leather and honeycomb stitching offer excellent lateral support, even in the most spirited of driving situations. First-class materials. Perfect workmanship. Down to the last detail. Such as the inlays in carbon atlas, crisp instrumentation and tactile interfaces. Or the RS multifunction sport steering wheel with gear shift paddles. All culminate in a truly dramatic driving environment

Seat Leon Cupra
The Cupra version of the Leon, which has recently being renamed as part of the Spanish automaker’s newly launched performance brand.
Riding on the same platform as the VW Golf R and using the same 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, too, it has 300PS (296hp) and 380Nm (280lb-ft) of torque in its latest iteration. It needs less than 6 seconds to hit 100km/h (62mph) from a standstill, and will keep going up to 250km/h (155mph).
On paper, that’s enough to top older supercars, but how would it cope with an additional 150PS (148hp)? MotorsportMagazine provides the answer with a video showing a tuned version of the Leon Cupra that puts out no less than 450 horsepower.
To demonstrate that it’s an entirely new beast, the clip displays its acceleration from 0 to 264km/h (164mph), with the redline at 7,000rpm, so you may want to grab a chair before checking it out below, as things unfold quite fast.
